Shipping:

WHITEBIRD DELIVERY ROUTE
No Minimum Order
Orders over $250 are FREE delivery.
Orders under $250 - $15.00 service charge.
Same-day Order Processing, Next Day Delivery
Any order placed by phone, fax, email or on-line by 4:30 will be processed same day and delivered next business day to you.

OUTSIDE OF THE WHITEBIRD DELIVERY ROUTE
No Minimum Order
Your order will be shipped from the Hamilton location. COURIER is normally used, but if the order exceeds weight limits, then a common carrier will be dispatched. Rush Deliveries:

Should a rush delivery (same day) be required, we will be more than happy to do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, same day deliveries are shipped out F.O.B Whitebird's dock.

Pick-Ups

Pick-ups can be made at our Hamilton location at 690 Rennie Street. To ensure prompt service please call or place your order ahead of time and notify us of an approximate pickup time.

Returns:

  • Please contact customer service at 1800-263-2128 to set up a return authorization. Standard stocked products ordered incorrectly by the customer are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Certain non-stocked items are non-returnable or subject to higher than 15% restocking charges.
  • Credits are only issued upon inspection of returned goods
  • Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returned goods.
